Ingredients Submission Form

Please use the guidelines for help when submitting your product for use with Herb & Fable. Products are simply checked for conformity and providing they conform they will be approved. Once approved you will receive a script in-world to pop into your product.

For your own security we make sure that your item (the mesh) is showing the creator as you. So please enter your avatar's UUID:

Your SL UUID:

Your SL Name or brand:

Your Product Name (no spaces use _ to separate words e.g. sunshine_orange):

Note: when you receive your script the name of your item will be a combination of your brand and product name to differentiate from the products from other creators.
